- 1 Agreement Overview
- This Agreement is made between [Vendor’s Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”) and Zokami Anime Store (hereinafter referred to as “Store”).
- The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Vendor will consign items to the Store for sale.
- 2 Consignment Terms
- The Vendor agrees to consign their anime-related products to the Store.
- The Store agrees to display and sell the consigned items on behalf of the Vendor.
- 3 Commission Split
- The Vendor will receive sixty percent (60%) of the sale price of each consigned item.
- The Store agrees to display and sell the consigned items on behalf of the Vendor.
- 4 Payment Terms
- Payments to the Vendor will be made on a monthly basis.
- The Store will provide an itemized statement of sales and the corresponding payment to the Vendor.
- 5 Pricing
- The initial sale price of consigned items will be mutually agreed upon by both the Vendor and the Store.
- The Store reserves the right to mark down prices during sales or promotional events, with prior notice to the Vendor.
- 6 Duration and Termination
- This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice.
- Upon termination, any unsold items will be returned to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days.
